When I got home that day I talked and comforted Megan as best I could, after almost biting Claire’s head off for having hit me with a volleyball, the coach and principle decided to kick out from practice. She didn’t take it easy, after more than an hour of crying on the phone and possibly using every last one of my minuets, she started to show recovery as the sobs had died down and I did try making a few jokes to get her to laugh.
